Toshiba Motors, Drives & Power Solutions
Toshiba brings more than a century of engineering experience to industrial power, with low- and medium-voltage motor and drive technologies built for demanding applications where performance and reliability matter.

Its broad portfolio supports a range of operating environments, power requirements and control demands. Motors spanning ½ to 50,000 HP address general-purpose, severe-duty, hazardous and highly engineered applications, while Toshiba adjustable speed drives provide precise motor control for low- and medium-voltage systems across critical industrial processes.
Through Tundra, customers across Western Canada gain more than access to Toshiba equipment. Our team helps identify solutions suited to the application and provides the technical expertise, field service and in-house drive capabilities needed to support that equipment throughout its operating life.

The Tundra Power Cage
Specialized Support for Toshiba Drive Systems
Tundra’s Power Cage provides dedicated in-house capabilities for Toshiba adjustable speed drives, extending the technical support available to customers beyond field service.
Within a controlled environment, Tundra technicians can diagnose, test and repair Toshiba drive equipment and validate performance before equipment is returned to service.
This capability gives customers another option when troubleshooting complex drive issues, supporting more thorough diagnostics and helping critical assets return to operation with confidence.
Combined with Tundra’s field capabilities, the Power Cage creates a stronger local service model for Toshiba equipment across Western Canada.
Supporting Toshiba Equipment Beyond Current Production
Toshiba Legacy Products
Some Toshiba products are no longer manufactured, but that does not mean the equipment has disappeared from operating facilities.
Tundra continues to provide technical service and repair support for legacy Toshiba motor and drive systems, helping customers maintain existing equipment and evaluate the right path forward as assets age.
Legacy platforms supported include:
- T300MVi
- 9 series VFD
- 7 Series VFD
- AS1 Series VFD
If you operate a legacy Toshiba model, contact your local Tundra representative for service and repair support.
