Boiler Service & Support
Support Throughout the Boiler Lifecycle
Tundra Process Solutions combines local, manufacturer-trained technical expertise with Cleaver-Brooks equipment and product support to help customers get more from their boiler systems throughout their operating life.
From planning a new boiler system and coordinating commissioning to preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and future upgrades, our team stays involved beyond the initial equipment purchase. We help customers evaluate their requirements, make informed equipment decisions and support safe, reliable and efficient boiler operation over the long term.
01
Plan & Design
Every boiler project starts with understanding the process requirements, operating goals and facility conditions. Tundra works with our customers to help define requirements and identify the appropriate Cleaver-Brooks equipment and system configuration.
Our team can support equipment selection and specification, application and design requirements, efficiency and emissions considerations, technical documentation and project planning. Where temporary steam or hot water is required during a project or transition, we can also help coordinate rental boiler solutions.
02
Procure, Build & Commission
Once equipment is selected, Tundra remains involved as the project moves from procurement through installation and commissioning.
We work with our customers and Cleaver-Brooks to help coordinate equipment, delivery and technical support. At startup, Tundra’s manufacturer-trained technicians provide local commissioning support to help ensure equipment is properly set up and ready for operation.
03
Operate & Maintain
The operating phase represents the majority of a boiler’s lifecycle, making regular service and preventative maintenance an important part of protecting the equipment investment.
Tundra’s manufacturer-trained technicians provide local service for Cleaver-Brooks boiler systems across Alberta and Saskatchewan. From annual servicing and preventative maintenance to troubleshooting, OEM parts sourcing and performance optimization, our team helps customers address issues proactively and maintain reliable boiler operation.
