Polyphase Panel Solutions

Polyphase Engineered Controls

Specialized Panel Engineering

Polyphase Panel Solutions is Tundra’s specialized capability for custom industrial control, electrical and instrumentation panels. With experience dating back to 1977, our teams combine electrical design, fabrication, wiring and testing to deliver complete panel packages built around customer standards and application requirements.

With manufacturing facilities in Calgary and Edmonton, Polyphase has the production and staging capabilities to support individual custom panels and coordinated multi-panel packages for complex industrial projects.

As part of Tundra, Polyphase can also support larger integrated solutions, providing specialized panel and control expertise within broader electrical, instrumentation, automation and packaged-system projects.

Industrial Control Built Around Your Requirements

Industrial control systems need to fit the facility, control architecture and operating standards they support. Polyphase designs and manufactures panels around specified hardware, drawings, field connections and project requirements.

Our capabilities support new facilities, plant expansions, control-system upgrades and larger coordinated project scopes.

Our Approach

Part of Tundra’s Integrated Project Capability

A control panel rarely operates in isolation. It connects field instrumentation, electrical equipment, communications infrastructure and control systems across a larger industrial process.

Polyphase gives Tundra dedicated in-house panel engineering and manufacturing expertise within that broader project environment.

For electrical buildings and E-houses, Polyphase can engineer and manufacture the associated control and electrical panels while Tundra’s Panels & Buildings team coordinates the wider building solution.

For skids and packaged systems, Polyphase can provide the required control, electrical, communications and instrumentation panels as part of a larger Tundra-integrated package.

This capability also connects with Tundra’s instrumentation and measurement expertise, motors and drives, valve and actuation solutions, and other project requirements.

Customers can engage Polyphase for a dedicated panel scope or bring that expertise into a larger Tundra solution.

Your Panel Requirements. Our Specialized Solutions.

Whether the project requires a single custom panel or a coordinated control-system package, Polyphase brings the engineering knowledge, manufacturing capability and project execution needed to support the scope.
