Bob specializes in Analytical Instrumentation and supports Tundra’s ABB, Panametrics, and MSA/GMI portfolio in British Columbia. His strong knowledge of all things Valve, Automation, and Gas & Flame detection is an asset to both the Tundra Team, and our BC clients.
Bob is originally from Prince George, BC, and now lives in Vancouver. We asked him to tell us more about himself, and here is what we found.
What does your role at Tundra encompass?
I am an Account Manager, based out of Vancouver, BC, where I look after the Business Development and Sales. I have the opportunity to work closely with our clients every day to solve their unique challenges!
What is one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Time management and prioritization.
How do you prefer to start your day?
With a good cup of coffee, and some fresh air.
What are you reading now?
The ‘Biology of Belief’, by Bruce Lipton.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A Hockey Player!
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t allow the past to negatively influence today.
If you could give one piece of advice to a 10-year-old you, what would it be?
Be yourself and enjoy the journey of finding your passions.
What is your hometown and where do you currently live?
My hometown is Prince George, BC. I have also had the opportunity to live in various cities across western Canada, and Chile!
What do you enjoy most about working at Tundra?
I enjoy helping clients by gaining a good understanding of their challenges, along with presenting new ideas to assist in their growth and development. I am also fortunate to work with very talented and passionate colleagues that make every day interesting.
