Tundra has dedicated the entire month of June to raise funds for our partners at The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta!

Many of you know that June at Tundra is typically spent preparing for our Annual Stampede Fundraiser, where we raise upwards of $65,000 for the KCCF. With restrictions on large gatherings being in place, we decided to get creative and find other ways to give back. While we look forward to continuing that tradition next year, we are excited to have another opportunity to give back to this amazing charity as a team for 2021.

So what does June look like this year?

HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED: CAN-DO FOR KIDS

Tundra introduced the ‘Can-do for kids’ fundraising initiative – hosted by Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta and proudly supported by Tundra, who wants to support YOUR community fundraiser.

Interested? It’s easy… follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Choose a community fundraising initiative – organized by you or your friends/family/teammates, and you decide how big or small it will be

Step 2 – Kids Cancer Care Foundation will help you get your initiative up and running

Step 3 – Tundra will donate $1,000 each to the first 10 ‘Can-do’ fundraisers of 2021

TUNDRA’S INTERNAL GOAL: JUMP FOR JUNE

We introduce to you – JUMP FOR JUNE – Tundra’s ‘Jump for June’ fundraising initiative is designed to dedicate the whole month of June to raising money for the Kids Cancer Care Foundation and having some fun while we do it!

While Jump for June gives employees the opportunity to give back in whatever way they choose, our main fundraising event is called ‘1 Million Skips’. The 1 Million Skips Team has dedicated themselves to working together to achieve a collective 1 Million Skips within the month of June. That’s a lot of skips!

Some employees have taken to meeting each other online each day to increase accountability, while others have invited their families to join!
